Dear Joerg,

I found this podcast presented an interesting, and concise, approach to describing \'change management\' for both the new practitioner and the more experienced. Nicely done.

My one bit of feedback for this podcast would be to increase the volume for the vocals, as they often come across as very soft and hard to hear. I\'ve noticed this as a drawback for not only the \'ledcast\' segments, but also other discussion podcasts. I\'ve tried listening on different types of players (laptop, mp3, etc.) and it all seems to come out the same, so just wanted to pass it on in case there was anything different to try on the recording side.

As a side question, I was wondering if you or Shawn have any suggestions as to how one could get more involved in the \'change management discipline\'? In working with different organizations before my work was tangentially \'change management\'; I liked this people-oriented approach, and while I am back at school now working on my JD/MBA I\'d like to try out some experiences more directly in this field. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hope all is well, looking forward to the next segment.

Best Regards,
-Chris
